Pigeon, together with the Landowners, is bringing forward plans for land to the north of Mount Road, Bury St Edmunds. The Site is identified for residential development (AP7) within the emerging West Suffolk Local Plan which is due to be adopted in Summer 2025. Our scheme proposes approximately 150 new homes, including affordable and custom/self-build provision, alongside open space, green infrastructure, and sustainable drainage.

The purpose of this website is to provide information about the proposed scheme and what we have changed following feedback from the previous application. We are inviting local residents and stakeholders to comment on how the scheme should be shaped, via the website, as the planning process progresses.
